Position Description:

Job Details - RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIESThe Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for processing and tracking customer payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accounts receivable records.
This position is essential to the company's financial operations and requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
What you need - JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Process and track customer payments, including entering payments into the accounting system, generating remittance advices, and reconciling payments with invoices.
Resolve billing discrepancies, such as incorrect amounts or late payments.
Maintain accounts receivables records, including customer files, aging reports, and suspense reports.
Communicate with customers regarding payments, including sending reminders and following up on delinquent accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, etc.
