Williams Contracting Traveling ForemanTraveling Position United States Full-time Description Williams Contracting is seeking a traveling site foreman for our projects in the childcare industry.
Projects include but are not necessarily limited to:
the installation of safety barriers to protect the children, staff and facility; light site drainage; and possibly play equipment installation.
Interested candidates should possess the following skills:
Responsibilities Ability read plans and perform layout.
Forward thinking to manage a crew to complete projects on time.
Complete necessary daily and weekly reporting.
Clearly reports progress and issues to the Project Manager.
Be the on-site representative for the Company and communicates with the staff at each facility in a professional manner.
Ability to operate light Ditch Witch-type of equipment for auger/concrete work.
Adhere to all health and safety precautions Perform all carpenter skills Requirements Hands-on experience in working with construction crews Excellent understanding of managing installation and construction Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.
) Ability to read technical documents and drawings Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times Good knowledge of English Good understanding of basic math Good physical condition and endurance Clean driving record and background check High school diploma Physical Demands & Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
